Day 1: A Journey Through Swing

2:00 PM – 3:15 PM: From 20s Charleston to Lindy Charleston Fundamentals
Master the basics of the Charleston, the heartbeat of swing dancing, with Simon & Maxine. Learn the foundational steps, footwork, and posture of this iconic dance style.

3:15 PM – 3:30 PM: Break

3:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Lindy Hop Masterclass
Dive into the lively and energetic world of Lindy Hop. Perfect your partnering dancing skills with expert instruction from Simon & Maxine.

5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Recap & Q&A
Engage with Simon and Maxine in a casual session to ask questions about swing dance history, technique, and tips for taking your dancing to the next level.

Day 2: Deep Dive into Jazz, Swing, and Jive

2:00 PM – 3:45 PM: Lindy & Jive Fundamentals
Discover the upbeat, high-energy world of Jive with Simon and the Diamond Girls. Learn the vibrant steps that bring swing music to life.

3:45 PM – 4:00 PM: Break

4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: 30s, 40s Solo Jazz
Develop your personal flair and creativity with solo jazz routines led by Anna & the Diamond Girls. Explore classic Jazz steps and discover how they complement your Lindy Hop.

5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Performance Showcase
Celebrate the weekend with a showcase of what you’ve learned. Dance, connect with fellow participants, and enjoy the vibrant community spirit of swing.
