Holistic Approach: In addition to the physical asanas, Karianne frequently incorporates pranayama (breath-work), mudras, mantras, and yoga philosophy into her sessions. Karianne's Journey: In 2013, Karianne embarked on her Yoga teaching journey by completing her 200-hour teacher training course at Three Sisters Yoga, a renowned Yoga school (RYS) in the heart of New York City. Since then, she has been on a quest for knowledge, guided by esteemed teachers such as Elle Daniel, Zara Rush, Caroline Tautz, Jennifer Raye, and many others.
Diverse Training: In 2020, Karianne expanded her expertise by immersing herself in the Chakra Immersion Programme led by Zara Rush. Currently, she is delving into the realms of Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, and Infant Mental Health with Blossom & Berry. This diverse training ensures that her classes are not just about physical well-being but encompass a holistic approach to health and wellness.
