Lost Nights

Thursday 17 December - 07:00 PM | Friday 18 December - 07:00 PM

Through its Residency Programme, the Acosta Dance Foundation supports emerging choreographers by providing space for artistic exploration, collaboration and the development of new work. Robert Robinson, the Foundation’s 2025 Residency Programme recipient, brought this opportunity to life through his choreographic work with students of the Acosta Advanced Training Hub, resulting in Lost Nights, a contemporary dance piece exploring the lasting impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on young people’s ability to connect, communicate and grow together.

For me, Lost Night explores coming of age, what we carry forward and what we leave behind. London, as a child, was a place of wonder. Very different dreams to the ones I hold now. Coming back to create this piece felt like a step back in time, filled with memory, nostalgia, and moments of my youth. (Robert Robinson)

Join us on 17 & 18 December 2026 at 7:00 PM at Woolwich Works for Lost Nights. Discover a compelling exploration of youth, memory, identity and the longing for human connection.

Venue: Woolwich Works, The Fireworks Factory, 11 No. 1 Street, Royal Arsenal, London SE18 6HD.
